Meet the family.
Hi. We’re Adam and Stephanie. We’re a New Jersey family with two boys, Noah (12) and Liam (almost 3), and this whole thing started with them.
One day Adam was watching Liam dig in his sand pit while Noah smashed open rocks in the yard to see what was inside. He had an old work trailer sitting there doing nothing. That’s when it clicked. What if we built a real gem mine on wheels, where every kid keeps what they find?
Steph spends her days in a kindergarten classroom and is studying to become a certified teacher. She’s CPI-trained in crisis prevention and certified in CPR and AED, so your kids are in safe, capable hands. Adam has spent his working life building things with his hands, and he’s building this one for his own boys first.
This is a family business in the truest sense, and we treat every party like it’s for our own kids.

We arrive early
About an hour before party time, we roll in, set up the trailer, seed the pit with fresh treasure, and get the sensory room ready.

Two hours of digging
Our staff runs the pit and the geode station the whole time. You actually get to enjoy the party.

We disappear
Every kid leaves with their treasure and favor kit. We pack up, sweep out, and roll away. Your yard looks like we were never there.
Sensory-friendly by design.
Half of our trailer is a dedicated sensory room: a calm space built for kids who experience the world a little differently. The trailer is fully heated and air-conditioned, so the room stays comfortable in any weather. One less thing for sensitive kids to cope with.

The Dig
$449 up to 12 kids · 2 hours · ages 3–10 suggested
- Mobile trailer at your location, setup and teardown included
- Heated and air-conditioned trailer, comfortable parties in every season
- Dig session: real gems, fossils and shark teeth to find and keep
- Every child picks a geode and cracks it at the geode station, included
- Sensory room open the whole party
- Geode crack station: kids crack their own geodes with staff help, safety glasses provided
- Geodes hidden in the sand too, every one found is cracked free
- The birthday star gets an extra-large Birthday Geode, cracked last in a grand-finale moment
- Favor kit per child: hard hat, vest, tote bag, safety glasses and magnifier, plus all the gems and treasures they find
Mini Dig
$299 up to 8 kids · 90 minutes · ages 1–3
- Same mobile trailer, shorter and calmer format for toddlers
- Jumbo toddler-safe treasure only. Nothing that fits the under-three choking-hazard test.
- No geode cracking
- Parents dig in the pit alongside their little ones
- Sensory room as the built-in calm-down space
- Every child gets a “My First Dig” certificate and a toddler-safe favor
Grand Expedition
$649 up to 20 kids · 3 hours
- Everything in The Dig, plus a second treasure seeding halfway through so the pit stays hot
- Extra geodes hidden in the sand, double the treasure to find
- Three full hours with room for food and cake, no rushing the dig
- Signature Golden Find finale: one golden treasure buried deeper than the rest, and the finder gets a special prize

- Same mobile trailer, simplified dig format built for classes, daycares, and camps
- Real gems, fossils, and shark teeth for every child to find and keep
- Teachers help rotate groups so every kid gets dig time
- Sensory room open as a calm-down space
- Add a second group the same visit for $249
Sensory Escape
$199 up to 4 kids · 60 minutes · private session
- Private sensory room session, just your group. The dig pit stays closed for a quiet, low-stimulation visit
- Bubble tube, crash pad, sensory panels, and dimmable LED lighting
- Supervised calm play, not therapy. Low noise, no crowds, predictable routine
- Parents are welcome to stay in the room

Travel zones
Every party includes free travel within 20 miles of Waterford Works, NJ. Farther out, a small travel fee covers fuel and road time.

Distance is measured one-way from Waterford Works, NJ. For example, a party 35 miles away adds $30. We travel up to 50 miles (about an hour) and serve New Jersey parties at launch.
Towns we serve include: Atco, Berlin, Waterford, Sicklerville, Williamstown, Hammonton, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Marlton, Medford, Blackwood, Glassboro, Clementon, Lindenwold, and surrounding South Jersey towns.

First Dig Families: $395
Our first ten parties ever book at $395 instead of $449. With your permission, your party photos help fill our photo wall, and you save $54.
Weekday Dig: $399
Book a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday party and save $50. Great for daycares, homeschool groups, and camps.
$25 referral credit
For every friend who books because of you, get $25 off your next party. Credits never expire, and they stack.
Spooky Dig: free upgrade
October parties get the blacklight dig plus glow-in-the-dark treasure upgrade free. A $25 add-on after October.
Paying
- $100 non-refundable deposit due at booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days before the party
If plans change
- Reschedule any time: one free reschedule, and everything you’ve paid moves to your new date (within 90 days)
- Cancel outright: more than 7 days out, full refund minus the deposit; 7 days or less, no refund
- Bad weather or unsafe conditions: free reschedule or full refund. Your choice.
- If we have to cancel: free rescheduling or a full refund, your choice

Can I book a party now?
Not yet. We’re targeting Spring 2027. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you the moment booking opens.
What will children do inside the experience?
The plan centers on sand play, kid-sized construction toys, and searching for gems, fossils, geodes, and other themed treasures. It is low-key educational too. Kids learn real facts about rocks, minerals, and geodes just by digging and discovering.
Are tables and chairs included?
Not in the base package. Add 2 eight-foot tables and 20 chairs for $75, or $100 dressed party-ready with tablecloths, plates, cups, and napkins for 20.
Do you supply food?
No. We bring the experience, the tables, and the tableware. Families bring their own food, cake, and drinks.
Do you do parties for toddlers?
Yes. The Mini Dig is built for ages 1 to 3: 90 minutes, up to 8 kids, jumbo toddler-safe treasure only, no geode cracking, and parents dig alongside their little ones. The sensory room doubles as a calm-down space.
Will there be different themes?
Yes. Four themed digs run the same format as The Dig: Dino Dig, Pirate Treasure Dig, Princess Gem Dig, and Dragon Dig. Each has its own treasure mix and favor accents.
